Rugby League
Hi, my name is Hunter today i'm going to be telling you about my favourite sport (Rugby League), my favourite player, team and part about Rugby League. I have been playing Rugby League since I was 3 or 4 I can't remember but I play for the Hornby Panthers and have never changed clubs also I will never change clubs. We won the grand final every year until this year, because we went up a grade from 11s to 12s so we can have a challenge. We at least made the semi finals but lost against the older Hornby panther team. We had to play against the Linwood Keas for 3rd place unfortunately we lost but we tied place 3rd because both of the teams tied in points in the whole season. I don't think it should be like that but oh well. My Favourite team is the Melbourne Storm because they have had 4 of my top 5 players. those players are Billy Slater, Cooper Cronk, Cameron Smith and Greg Inglis at one stage. The fifth player plays for the Warriors his name is Roger Tuivasa Sheck. But my favourite player would have to Cameron Smith because he is the best passe and one of the best tacklers. His position is Hooker. Here is a picture of him and the Melbourne Storm.

DeleteKia ora Hunter it’s me Ben again. I like your post about your favourite sport Rugby League. Mainly because you said why you like the Melbourne Storm and you care about your club and you said you never want to leave it. Your team sounds really good because you won the grand final so many times. Even though your team lost one grand final it doesn’t matter because the other team were older than you. Keep up the fantastic Rugby League and posting work.

Thank you for commenting. This year we didn't make the grand final unfortunately but we did make the semi final. Every game we have had this year was against older kids. Next year Canterbury Rugby League probably won't let us go up a grade next year, because they think we will get injured.
DeleteHi Hunter. I am a year 8 student from Paihia school. Its cool that your sharing what you like to do. I myself am not really into sport but that doesn’t matter. Anyways it was cool to learn something about someone. Maybe next time check over your work to make sure its the best it can be and one question. Are you good at league?
